Public and Private Events

Events take place in the Gallery/Community space at Activation Studios. Located at 2304 The Plaza. Please note, the room is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator

  • A Public Event is a class available to the public (16y+) by registering for the event through my website.
  • A Private Event is a class not directly offered to the public. A Private includes a one on one lesson, a couple, trio, small group (up to 6) or large group (10-12 people). The pottery project can be something you have in mind, or we can determine it together.

Pottery

Unleash your creativity in my pottery workshop, designed for beginners and experienced artists alike! This hands-on session gives you the opportunity to work with clay and create a beautiful, personalized ceramic piece. Whether you're looking to make a functional item like a mug, bowl, or plate, or explore more whimsical designs, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance from me!

Pottery workshops are perfect for a fun night out, a creative date, or simply as a way to unwind and try something new. Reserve your spot today and get ready to get your hands dirty and create something truly special!

Details:

  • Duration: 1.5-2 hours
  • Group Size: 12-18 participants. 16y/o+
  • Skill Level: All levels welcome, no experience necessary
  • Materials Provided: clay, tools, and glazes are included
  • More Info: Pottery has a typically lead time of at least 4 weeks. After the workshop, your piece will be fully dried out in order to be bisque fired. Depending on the project, you may glaze at the workshop, if not you will pick your glaze and I will glaze and refire pieces in a glaze (higher temperature) kiln to complete the project. You’ll be notified when it’s ready for pick-up!
